How We Work

Following a free consultation, O’Keeffe Consulting will provide you with a project proposal that details your goals or the challenge we agree to address, the specific steps and work plan we will employ, a project timeline and costs.  Once the proposal is accepted and a deposit is made, work will begin.

O’Keeffe Consulting enjoys an array of affiliate partnerships with dozens of area experts in a wide range of disciplines. These experts are available as part of the O’Keeffe Consulting team to work on your project.

Affiliate partners work under the auspices of O’Keeffe Consulting, who manages the project in total, from start to finish.

HOURLY

Hourly billing is beneficial when a project is smaller, less defined or recurs intermittently.

Typically we will set an upper limit and agree to discuss again with our client before exceeding it. 

retainer

For larger, more complex projects we work on monthly retainer. Exact hours spent may vary from month-to-month but over time the idea is to fairly represent the work done and value received. Often, a date is set to reevaluate the agreement and make any necessary adjustments.

We use a fixed bid when we and our client are very clear on the precise scope of work, desired deliverables and timeline.

A fixed bid makes it easy for our clients to budget for their project.
